CCP’s exclusive client has since inception been primarily focused on the central London high end / private residential sector.  This powerhouse of a client now have a strategy in place to push their commercial sector services as they see this as a growth area particularly given their geographic location.  As well as their traditional client base and service provision, our client has become a well-recognised and leader in façade remediation.  They advise on everything from basic intrusive surveys and assessments, through to EWS1 assessments, compartmentation surveys, assistance with ACM and BSF government funding applications and the project management and contract administration of multi-million-pound remediation schemes.

This role will be split between project work and professional work.  The split will be 60% project work and 40% professional work. 

On the professional side, the instructions will include acting as landlord surveyor in connection with licences to alter, party wall surveyor (AO & BO), being part of estates / large development teams delivering retained surveyor services, RCA’s, due diligence instructions, planned maintenance programming and dilapidations etc.

On the project side, the instructions will include major works schemes such as exterior renovation and façade remediation projects.  This includes acting as CA and PM.

Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant and continuous experience required.

Salary:  Dependant on experience.
