Dave Armstrong has been working in the field of low carbon strategies ever since his dad taught him to switch lights off in the family corrugated box plant in the 1980’s. In 2012, Dave built the UK’s first zero energy cost business park, achieving the highest BREEAM in the World for Industrial buildings, pre and post construction. Dave is also a director of the Great Minds Property Group which includes CCC Energy, SECR Reporting Ltd, and Climate Change Professionals all focused on helping others achieve Net Zero Carbon in one way or another.
