Con has been working in the built environment legislation compliance sector since 2008. Providing EPCs up to Level 4 for commercial buildings in various business sectors, Con was one of the first to register CRC data for a client in 2012 to ensure compliance. He is currently registered to provide EPCs and is a accredited and registered ESOS Lead Assessor with STROMA.
